 MCAS Tutoring
MCAS preparation sessions take place every other Friday after classes. The sessions are run by our Math teacher, Malik, and focus on the following areas:
Using previous MCAS tests to prepare students on an question-by-question basis.
Practicing navigation of the formula sheets used on MCAS tests.
Using the Aztec Learning System for skill-building and subject competence.
MCAS retests occur in March, 2005. Tenth graders taking the MCAS for the first time will do so in May, 2005.
